The New Patient Experience

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have enhanced our already strict infection control guidelines and are following and exceeding guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), governmental officials and our professional organizations.

Here’s what you can expect

Patients will be asked to complete any required paperwork on our secure web portal to reduce waiting times and avoid crowding in our reception areas.
Patients will be screened for COVID-19 risks (via phone) prior to being allowed in clinical areas.
Patients will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering our offices. Mask-wearing is optional.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.
Except for children or adults who require a caretaker, only patients will be allowed in our offices.
Our staff and doctors will wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while cleaning and disinfecting, and actively in patient treatment.
Each treatment room will be thoroughly disinfected before and after every patient visit.
The reception and business areas and all touch points will be cleaned several times throughout the day.
