We see 25 emergent cases per day (on average)! Our extensive scheduling availability across four locations means your patients will receive the prompt and specialized attention they deserve.

If your patient is experiencing pain or tooth trauma, you can expect us to make every attempt to add them to our schedule the same day – because accidents happen. Accidents like…

Knocked-Out Tooth

If a patient experiences a completely knocked-out tooth, contact us immediately – we are specifically trained to treat this kind of problem. Optimal results can be achieved by repositioning the tooth in the socket in its proper position as soon as possible. The sooner treatment is done, the better the chances are for success. If they can’t make it to our office, try to replace the tooth in the socket.

Rinse

If the tooth is contaminated, rinse with water before replanting. Immediate replantation is crucial to future success.

Replant

Try to replace the tooth in the socket if the patient can’t make it to our office.

Soak

If you cannot replant the tooth, place it into one of the following, in order of preference:

  • Hanks Balanced Salt Solution
  • Milk
  • Saline
  • Saliva (in the mouth between the gum and cheek)
  • Moist towel or cloth
  • If none of the above is readily available, use water
